Cancellation Policy
Virtual consultations are free of charge. However, a valid card on file is required to reserve the appointment.
If you do not attend the call and fail to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before, a 50% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will result in the 100% charge of the service booked.
